Join us Saturday, June 22 from 2-7pm at Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick, MA Enjoy a daylong retreat with Dani Bentz and Terri Dennis, offering you a guided past-life regression workshop, intuition overview class, playful journey dance, grounding qigong practice, art integration project and a soothing sound bath. Your Retreat Journey: We welcome you for a day of intuitive exploration, play, self empowerment and community connection 1) Welcome Circle: The day will begin with an opening circle where we will get to know each other and learn more about our schedule for the day 2) Intuition 101 Class: Dani will lead us through a workshop on practices for listening to your inner voice and learning how to trust the guidance that comes from within yourself 3) Sacred Play Journey Dance: Dani will lead us through a guided journey dance to explore our intuition through movement and play, noticing how our bodies guide our movement on the dancefloor 4) Snack Break & Connection Time 🙂 Past Lives Regression Journey: Terri will lead us through a relaxing, guided experience that creates a supportive space for past-life memories to re-emerge 5) Qigong: Terri will help us ground back into our bodies and integrate our journey experience with a Qigong movement practice 6) Journey Art Project & Sound Bath: Explore your creative side with an art project to reflect on all you’ve learned and experienced through the day with a the soothing tunes of a live sound bath serenading you 7) Closing Circle: We will reconnect as a community and share our art and our experiences from the day, witnessing each other’s beautiful voices and hearts
